PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: In January of 2015, the Course was closed to the public. Since closure, the property has remained vacant. Built in 1992, the course was designed by Earnest Wallace. The greens are Tif-Dwarf Bermuda and the fairways are 419 Tifway Bermuda. In addition to the 18 hole course, the property contains a clubhouse, driving range, putting green and covered cart/maintenance building. In addition, a 2.6+/- acre tract are being sold with the Course.
