ASSET DESCRIPTION: Property consists of two Greenwood County Tax Parcels that total 176.53+/- acres (ID# 6884-291-759 & 6884-422-628).  Property includes an 18 hole golf course, clubhouse, maintenance facility and pool.  All related personal property to be conveyed at the time of closing.  A detailed list of personal property assets to be posted soon.

The course is a George Cobb design that opened in 1969. Located in Ninety Six, South Carolina, the course gets its name from the battle of Star Fort that was fought only 2 miles from where the course is located. The course is a traditional tree lined layout with 5 sets of tees for players of all abilities.
