DESCRIPTION: Home is located in the Lake Park subdivision, just off Braselton Highway 124 and Hamilton Mill area. Selling all remaining furniture, equipment and accessories. Bedroom furniture, sofas, china cabinet, end tables, huge kitchen table, computer and accessories, Hoverround, framed prints and other art work, glassware, large collection of VHS movies, CD’s, sound system, television and entire remaining contents of basement.

INSPECTION: Sunday, July 9th from 1 PM to 3 PM
ONLINE BIDDING: Online bidding and registration is available now by clicking HERE.
TERMS: All items ar sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS. Payment will be accepted at 3210 Lakecrest Drive, Dacula, GA 30019 immediately following the conclusion of the auction. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, certified check or credit card. There is a 3% additional fee for purchases made with a credit card.
REMOVAL: Checkout and removal can begin immediately following the conclusion of the auction and continue until 6 PM on Friday, July 14th. All items must be removed by Friday evening.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $100, a 10% buyer’s premium of $10 will be added making the purchase price $110.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: The home and contents are selling, online only but have different bid deadline times. Please make note of this. The bid deadline for the home is 10 AM and the contents will begin to end at 11 AM.
