TERMS: Items must be paid in full within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and prior to check out with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, wire transfer or credit card. Bank wire transfers will be charged an additional $25. Credit card transactions will incur an additional 3% to the total invoice amount.
REMOVAL: All items must be paid for and removed by Thursday, September 29th at 4 PM. We’ll have access to the space by 7:30 AM. It is recommended to arrive as early as possible to remove your items and avoid issues later in the day.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid.
