AUCTION BID DEADLINE:  Thursday, November 2nd at 11 AM EST

DESCRIPTION: Selling all remaining assets of Hamelin Mechanical Services, Inc.  Items being sold include 2008 GMC Sierra 1500, 2014 Dodge Ram 1500, 2009 GMC Envoy, 2011 Chevrolet 3500 Silverado, Chevrolet & Ford service vans, 2008 Hudson 4 ton dual axle trailer, ladders, tools, office furniture and more.  A detailed catalog will be posted soon!

INSPECTION:  It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at 323 N. Broome Street, Waxhaw, NC   28173. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Wednesday, November 1st from 11 AM – 2 PM.

ONLINE BIDDING:  Online registration and bidding is available now by clicking HERE.

TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer.  Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout.  Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice.  Payment will be accepted at 323 N. Broome Street, Waxhaw, NC from 2 PM – 6 PM on November 2nd and 8 AM – 12 PM on November 3rd.  Payment must be received no later than 12 PM on November 3rd.  Removal will not be available until November 2nd at 2 PM.

REMOVAL:  Once payment has been received, removal can begin on November 2nd from 2 PM – 6 PM and November 3rd from 8 AM – 12 PM.  All items must be removed no later than Friday, November 3rd at 12 PM.  Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.  

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.

BUYER’S NOTE:  All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.  Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same.  Items may be added or deleted without notice.  All items subject to prior sale.  Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion.  All sales are final.
