ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of equipment and large inventory of apparel from a screen printing company. Please click the “Photos” tab to view items being sold. Most of the apparel consists of 67% cotton and 33% tencel.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Featured on the popular television show “Shark Tank”, Umano, Inc. was a designer shirt company based in Athens, GA. All remaining assets have been relocated to our facility in Lawrenceville, GA. The large inventory of apparel consists of new unprinted shirts. The apparel consists of ladies and mens crew neck, v-neck, muscle tees and tank top shirts. We do not have an itemized inventory. We are selling the apparel in multiple box lots. In order to take advantage of this opportunity, please make plans to attend the inspection to obtain your own counts on how many shirts are in each lot being sold.

INSPECTION: Items can be inspected at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA on Monday, September 18th from 11am-1pm.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite G, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 on September 20th from 8am-1pm.
REMOVAL: All items must be removed on Wednesday, September 20th from 8am-1pm. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of their items.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $100, a 10% buyer’s premium of $10 will be added making the purchase price $110.
BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.
