INSPECTION: You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Prospective participants will be able to inspect the assets on Wednesday, August 2nd from 10 AM – 1 PM. Items are located at a residence in Mechanicsburg, PA. For privacy reasons, the address was not posted until August 1st.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Wire transfers incur an additional fee of $25. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee and must be handled online immediately following the auction. Payment will be accepted from 9 AM – 3 PM on August 4th at the address above. Removal will be available immediately following the auction and on Friday, August 4th from 9 AM until 3 PM. All items MUST be removed by 3 PM on Friday, August 4th.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can begin on August 3rd immediately following the auction and on Friday, August 4th from 9 AM – 3 PM. All items must be removed no later than Friday, August 4th at 3 PM. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Successful bidders are required to provide necessary labor and equipment to ensure a safe and timely removal of all purchased items.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are provided with your payment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.

Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
