ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling all remaining assets of this former inflatable play center.  For a sample of the assets to be sold, please click the "All Photos" tab.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on June 6th, 2020.

INSPECTION: Monday, June 15th from 10 AM – 1 PM
Per CDC and other government guidelines concerning COVID19, we have instituted new inspection procedures.

  1. All individuals who attend an inspection must be registered for the auction prior to entering the facility. No unregistered guests will be allowed entry.
  2. Inspection time may be limited when traffic is heavy.
  3. Auctioneer reserves the right to restrict the flow of traffic based upon volume of attendees.
  4. Additional restrictions and conditions may follow.

It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. All items are located at the address above. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets during the time posted above. TERMS: All items must be paid for in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at above address from 7 AM – 11 AM on Wednesday, June 17th. Payment must be received no later than 11 AM on June 17th.

REMOVAL: Wednesday, June 17th from 7 AM – 11 AM
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.

ADDITIONAL TIME – For larger items, additional time for removal is available on Sunday, June 21st from 8 AM - 10 AM. If you cannot meet the requirements for bidding. pickup or any other aspect of this auction, please do not bid.

Regardless of when you pick up your item(s), payment in full must be received by the times posted.

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.

WARRANTY: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration for on-site auctions will begin one hour before the scheduled auction. For online auctions, please view individual auction posting on website for registration instructions.

AGENCY: Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC is acting exclusively as agent for the seller.

TERMS: Unless otherwise noted on the website, the winning bidder will submit a nonrefundable ten percent (10%) earnest money deposit of the purchase price (high bid amount plus buyer’s premium) made payable to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC Escrow Account. Immediately following the auction, winning bidder will sign an “as-is” Auction Real Estate Sales Contract. A copy of the Auction Real Estate Sales Contract may be reviewed prior to the auction. Please contact Auctioneer for a copy.

CLOSING: Unless otherwise noted, balance of the purchase price is due within 30 days of Auction Real Estate Sales Contract acceptance.

CLOSING ATTORNEY: Closing to occur at the offices of the Seller Designated Attorney. Buyer is responsible for all closing fees charged by Seller Designated Attorney.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: Unless otherwise stated in the description of the asset(s), A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $100,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $10,000 will be added making the purchase price $110,000
