ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of golf course maintenance equipment. Please click “Photos” tab for pictures of all items being sold.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Currently, there is no power or water to the building. In addition, the equipment has not been in use for several months. Please bring any necessary equipment that may help with your inspection, mainly a flashlight.

INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on July 5th from 11am-1pm. INSPECTION LOCATION: All equipment can be inspected within the maintenance building of Durham Lakes Golf Course, Fairburn, GA. From Roosevelt Highway, take John River Road just past Durham Lakes Parkway. Maintenance building is just past the intersection of John Rivers Road and Herndon Road on the left. Please look for auction directional signs.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted from 9 AM – 4 PM on July 7th at Durham Lakes Golf Course (maintenance building located on John Rivers Road). Payment must be received no later than 4 PM on July 7th. Removal will not be available until July 7th at 9am.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can begin on July 7th from 9 AM – 4 PM. All items must be removed no later than Friday, July 7th at 4 PM. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Successful bidders are required to provide necessary labor and equipment to ensure a safe and timely removal of all purchased items.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.
