ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of assets including commercial kitchen equipment, sinks, oven, appliances, refrigerators, freezer, espresso coffee machine, refrigerated prep stations, tables, chairs, stools and other related items.
ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding begins Friday, July 26, 2019.
INSPECTION: Tuesday, August 6th from 9 AM – 12 PM (Noon)
You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Tuesday, August 6th from 9 AM – 12 PM (Noon). The bid deadline will be one hour after the inspection ends. TERMS: All items must be paid, in full, with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, major credit card or wire transfer. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at the auction site immediately following the conclusion of the auction (by appointment) and Wednesday, August 7th from 8 AM to 12 PM. Payment must be received no later than 12 PM on August 7th.
PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
REMOVAL: Wednesday, August 7th from 8 AM – 12 PM (YES, ONLY FOUR HOURS!) Removal may also occur immediately following the auction by appointment only.
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. All gas/water line disconnections should be made by qualified individual. You may be required to prove your experience and/or provide insurance before removal of connected items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading.
Restaurant is located in a busy shopping center, next to Panda Express. The area gets fairly crowded during lunch time. Your best bet is to plan for removal the afternoon of the 6th or first thing on the morning of the 7th.
There is NO POWER OR WATER on site. Please be prepared with whatever battery operated tools you may need.
ADDITIONAL TIME – These dates and times are your only option. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.
