ASSET DESCRIPTION: Bulk offering of all remaining items located in the space formerly operated as Einstein Bros Bagels in Athens, GA. Items include, but are not limited to, commercial kitchen equipment, sinks, appliances, refrigerators, freezer, espresso coffee machine, refrigerated prep stations, tables, chairs, stools, television and other related items.
ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding begins Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 12:01 PM.

You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. TERMS: All items must be paid, in full, with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, major credit card or wire transfer. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email the winning bidder an invoice. Payment must be received no later than 12 PM on August 21, 2019.
PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
REMOVAL: August 21st or 22nd may be reserved for removal. High bidder will be responsible for securing reserved parking in front of the building in order to park a truck for load out. We were told that you may reserve a metered parking spot(s) in front of the space for $6 per day, per space.

Once full payment has been received, removal can be scheduled. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. All gas/water line disconnections should be made by qualified individual. You may be required to prove your experience and/or provide insurance before removal of connected items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading.
Restaurant is located in a busy shopping district in downtown Athens, across from campus. The area gets very crowded during lunch time. Please plan accordingly.
There is NO POWER OR WATER on site. Please be prepared with whatever battery operated tools you may need.
ADDITIONAL TIME – These dates and times are your only option. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
