ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling a variety of assets including commercial kitchen equipment, sinks, oven, griddles, refrigerators, freezer, saki warmer, refrigerated prep stations, tables, chairs, stools and other related items.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding is available now.

INSPECTION: Monday, March 25th from 11 AM – 1 PM
You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Monday, March 25th from 11 AM – 1 PM. TERMS: All items must be paid, in full, with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, major credit card or wire transfer. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at the auction site on Wednesday, March 27th or via online invoice on March 26th following the auction. Payment must be received no later than 8 AM on March 27th.


PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS


REMOVAL: Wednesday, March 27th from 6 AM – 9 AM (YES, ONLY THREE HOURS!)
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. All items will be disconnected from gas/water lines prior to March 27th. Your only requirement upon arrival will be to load and go. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.


Restaurant is located at main entrance next to Cheesecake Factory. A loading area is located in the rear of the restaurant, behind Cheesecake Factory. There is a large area for staging items to be loaded. There is a paved ramp to roll items out to staging area but there is no dock high area. Be prepared with a liftgate or ramp on your truck, if needed. Removal of smaller items will be permitted out the front door, but only during times posted and strictly enforced.

ADDITIONAL TIME – Removal may also occur on Thursday, March 28th from 6 AM – 9 AM for an additional fee of $150.  Full payment must be received by March 27th at 8 AM. These dates and times are your only option. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.


SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $1,000, a 10% buyer’s premium of $100 will be added making the purchase price $1,100.

BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
