ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on July 23rd. Due to the amount of inventory, a complete list of ALL assets may not be posted until July 27th, please check back frequently.
INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at 8055 Troon Circle, SW, Suite C, Austell, GA 30168. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Monday, July 30th from 10 AM – 1 PM. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 8055 Troon Circle, Suite C, Austell, GA 30168 from 9 AM – 4 PM on August 1st. Payment must be received no later than 4 PM on August 1st. Removal will not be available until August 1st at 9 AM.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can begin on August 1st from 9 AM – 4 PM. All items (except pallet racking and forklift) must be removed no later than Wednesday, August 1st at 4 PM. Pallet racking and forklift must be removed at 9 AM on Thursday, August 2nd. The removal of pallet racking can not take place until August 2nd. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be pallet jacks, hand trucks, fork lifts or assistance with loading. Much of the inventory is stored in pallet racking that may require a ladder to access. All successful high bidders must be prepared to provide adequate labor and equipment to remove purchased items in a timely manner.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is no Buyer’s Premium for this auction.

Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
