ASSET DESCRIPTION: Property consists of 2 Hernando County tax parcels total 149.17+/- acres (Parcel Key #01156670 & #01185522). This 18 hole golf course was closed in late March of 2020. Improvements to the course include a 5,221+/- sq. ft. clubhouse/pro shop, 5,000+/- sq. ft. golf cart barn, 3,024+/- sq. ft. maintenance building & 3,000+/- sq. ft. covered shed area. In addition, there are 2 separate restroom buildings on the course and a parking lot upon entering the main entrance.

IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Since the course has been closed for several months, it is strongly recommended to make necessary inspections prior to bidding. On July 19th of 2021, we were notified that the Southwest Florida Water Management District will require the installation of a water flow meter in order to obtain a permit to pump well water.
