John Richard “Buck” Fulp, Jr. passed away on June 17, 2024. Mr. Fulp’s career included serving as President of Abney Mills for many years and Chairman of The Abney Foundation for 64 years. He was awarded Honorary Doctorate Degrees from Lander University, Clemson University, and the Medical University of South Carolina. Buck had a successful racing career in the 1960s and loved anything with a lot of horsepower, including cars, motorcycles, and boats.

Bullseye Auction & Appraisal is honored to have been chosen to liquidate many of the items from his estate.

TERMS:  All invoices totaling less than $5,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card used to register for the auction.  All invoices totaling $5,000 or more must pay via bank wire. No cash will be accepted at sale site.  All payments are due by 3 PM on December 10th.  Any invoices not paid by 3 PM on December 10th will be automatically charged to the credit card used to register for the auction.  

  • PLEASE NOTE - NO PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING PICK-UP OF ITEMS.
  • There is a 15% Buyer's Premium charged to all high bid amounts, but there are no additional credit card fees charged.
  • The card you used to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full after the auction if your invoice is $5,000 or less. 
  • All invoices over $5,000 must pay via bank wire.  Wire instructions will be sent to you after you receive your invoice.  Wire instructions must be verified PRIOR to sending wire. 
  • Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions.  DO NOT BID if you cannot abide by these conditions. 
  • Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered credit card for the full amount due for this auction.
  • Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation.  If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase.
  • South Carolina Tax Exemption forms are available to download in the documents tab.
  • If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back-up bidders or others.  If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and the final sale price. 

REMOVAL: Wednesday, December 10, 2025

Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal will incur additional expense.

LOADING – Please note, these items are located in a ground level building.  All items are on the ground with no ramp or dock. You may need a truck or trailer with a lift gate for many of the items in this auction. Please plan accordingly.  

LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause irreparable harm to Bullseye Auction & Appraisal and/or our client. In this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are submitted to us PRIOR to the end of the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please find downloadable forms in the documents section of this auction.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction. Example: For a high bid of $100, a 15% buyer’s premium of $15 will be added, making the purchase price $115.

Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.   • The card you use to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction. 
  • Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions.  DO NOT BID if you do not intend to abide by these conditions. 
  • Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered card for the full amount due for this auction.

  • The lots will be sold at a rate of either 1 or 2 lots per minute.  Please check individual auction or speak to auctioneer for specific details.
  • The bid extension feature is in place.  This feature will extend the bidding an additional minute for any item that has received a bid within the last minute of the ending bid time shown for that item. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'live' auction.
  • If bidding on a particular lot is extended, the closing of subsequent lots will continue.
  • High bids cannot be cancelled.  Please make certain that you are bidding on the correct item and at the bid amount you want prior to placing a bid.
  • Once the auction concludes, you may be contacted by phone.  Please be expecting the call and be prepared to discuss your plans.

  • Assistance and/or tools are not provided for removal of your items.  Please be prepared with proper tools and labor for removal of your items.
