ASSET DESCRIPTION: 2018 Buick Encore, 55,000 Miles, VIN KL4CJASB2JB609346
Vehicle was involved in a traffic accident and delivered to Shane’s Auto Body for repair but was never retrieved. Vehicle has extensive damage to front pasenger side. Repeated attempts for someone to retrieve the vehicle were unsuccessful. A Petition for Abandoned Motor Vehicle Lien Foreclosure was completed on October 15, 2024 and amended on June 10, 2025. The Petition was granted to allow for the sale of the vehicle. The vehicle is selling AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantees. There is no title but the court order and bill of sale will allow for a title to be issued in the name of the purchaser. Please discuss with your state and/or county tag office prior to purchase to make certain you will have all you need to obtain a title for the vehicle.
No written report is available for damage to the vehicle. Please review photos and plan to attend the inspection for best understanding of the damage.
High bidder will be provided:
1. Paid invoice from the auction reflecting the sale of the vehicle
2. A Georgia Bill of Sale
3. Copies of the Magistrate Court Orders dated October 24, 2024 and June 10, 2025.

AUCTION REGISTRATION: Online registration and bidding will start on August 3rd.
TERMS: Payment must be wired to Auctioneer within 24 hours of bid deadline. Wiring instructions will be sent to the high bidder upon the conclusion of the auction.
REMOVAL: Vehicle must be removed no later than Monday, August 18, 2025 at 12 PM.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium for this auction.

- The card you use to register for this auction will be automatically charged in full at the conclusion of the auction.
- Your participation in this auction acknowledges your acceptance of these terms & conditions. DO NOT BID if you do not intend to abide by these conditions.
- Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is your agreement not to dispute charges to your registered card for the full amount due for this auction.
- Appropriate sales tax will be charged unless you are tax exempt and have provided proper documentation. If you are tax exempt, proper tax-exempt documents MUST BE provided to us PRIOR to bidding in order for sales tax to be removed from purchase.
- Removal of ALL items must occur during the posted removal period. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
- There may be a buyer's premium added to all winning bids. Check specific auction listing for details.
- The lots will be sold at a rate of either 1 or 2 lots per minute. Please check individual auction or speak to auctioneer for specific details.
- The bid extension feature is in place. This feature will extend the bidding an additional minute for any item that has received a bid within the last minute of the ending bid time shown for that item. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'live' auction.
- If bidding on a particular lot is extended, the closing of subsequent lots will continue.
- High bids cannot be cancelled. Please make certain that you are bidding on the correct item and at the bid amount you want prior to placing a bid.
- Once the auction concludes, you may be contacted by phone. Please be expecting the call and be prepared to discuss your plans.

- Assistance and/or tools are not provided for removal of your items. Please be prepared with proper tools and labor for removal of your items.
- If we are unable to charge your card in full by the end of business on the day the auction ends, we reserve the right to resell the items to back up bidders or others. If the items are sold for less than your high bid amount(s), you may be liable for the difference between the high bid amount and final sale price.
