PAYMENT TERMS: The full purchase price must be paid at the time of the auction using cashier’s check, cash, or other collected funds.
Cashier’s Checks must be presented at the auction in an amount equal to or greater than the high bid. Any overpayment will be refunded to the purchaser within five (5) business days following the auction.
Cash must be paid in person at the auction and must consist of United States banknotes only.
Other Collected Funds must be received and verified by the escrow agent no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, June 30, 2025. Any overpayment or refund will be returned within five (5) business days following the auction.
