BID DEADLINE: Tuesday, March 20th @ 10 AM EST

ASSET DESCRIPTION:  For a list of items to be sold, please click the “photos” tab,  download the online catalog or view the online auction catalog.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION:  Online registration and bidding is available now by clicking HERE.

INSPECTION: Monday, March 19th from 10 AM – 1 PM.

TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer.  Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout.  Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice.  Payment will be accepted at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite G, Lawrenceville, GA   30046 on Wednesday, March 21st from 8 AM – 3 PM.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed between 8 AM and 3 PM on Wednesday, March 21st.  All items must be paid for, in full, prior to removal. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For a high bid of $100, a 10% buyer’s premium of $10 will be added making the purchase price $110.

BUYER’S NOTE:  All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.  Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same.  Items may be added or deleted without notice.  All items subject to prior sale.  Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion.  All sales are final.
