ASSET DESCRIPTION: Important Update! Suites 203 & 204 have been placed under contract. The contract inlcudes the sale of all equipment in Suite 203. Therefore, Lots 4, 5, 7-24 & 52-55 have removed from the auction. We understand that this was a large portion of the auction and apologize for any inconvenience. Lots 25-51 will remain part of the auction.

IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: In the event Suite 203 or 204 goes under contract, Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel bids on any personal property prior to the Auction Bid Deadline.

INSPECTION: Tuesday, December 13th from 10 AM to 1 PM.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will incur a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment can be made at Douglasville Medical Plaza, Suite 204. Payment must be received within 24 hours of Auction Bid Deadline.
REMOVAL: Removal must occur Thursday, December 15th from 8 AM until 3 PM. Larger items that require additional equipment and time may require proof of liability insurance before removal can take place. Items may require the services of a licensed electrician and/or plumber. Purchaser is responsible for the hiring of such professionals and must make sure the Suite is left in good condition. All items must be paid in full prior to removal.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.
