AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: All assets are being sold free and clear of any and all liens. Auctioneer reserves the right to remove any asset prior to the Auction Bid Deadline, should a clear title issue arise.

INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at Grant and Cook Equipment, Inc., 3439 Fulton Mill Road, Macon, GA 31206. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Tuesday, February 14th from 10 AM – 2 PM. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at Grant and Cook Equipment, Inc., 3439 Fulton Mill Road, Macon, GA 31206 from 9 AM – 3 PM on February 16th. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on February 16th. Removal will not be available until February 16th at 9 AM.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can begin on February 16th from 9 AM – 3 PM. If addtional time is required, please contact Auctioneer prior to bidding. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
