For over 30 years, Atlanta Marble Company has provided custom marble installations throughout the United States.  Atlanta Marble Company has closed their doors and made the decision to liquidate their extensive inventory and line of fabricating equipment at auction!

ASSET DESCRIPTION:  We are selling a large inventory of marble, granite, travertine and limestone slabs (2CM, 3CM, 4CM & 6CM).  Also, 100+ pallets of marble, granite, travertine and limstone tile will be sold (12×12, 12×16, 18×18, etc.).  In addition, we have a large inventory of 3CM “French Pattern” travertine pavers.  Please click the Documents tab for 3 separate inventory lists.  Through the course of doing business, additional marble pieces remain within the building and will be included in the sale.  The online catalog and pictures are available by clicking on the online bidding link.  You may also click on the DOCUMENTS tab for a more detailed description of the individual lots.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION:  Online registration and bidding will be available starting Monday, April 18th @ 10 am.   For this auction, we are working with www.BidSpotter.com to facilitate the online bidding.  Please check back for link to Bidspotter!

INSPECTION:  Assets are located at 587 Whitehall Street, Atlanta, GA  30303 and can be inspected on Saturday, April 23rd from 10 am – 2 pm and Tuesday, April 26th from 9 am – 3 pm.  It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection periods in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog.

TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer.  Major credit cards are accepted but will incur a 3% convenience fee.  Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice.  Payment can be made at 587 Whitehall Street, Atlanta, GA   30303 on Thursday, April 28th from 9 am – 2 pm.  For wire transfer payments, please contact Auctioneer upon receiving emailed invoice.  Wire transfers will incure a $25.00 processing fee.  Payment must be received within 24 hours of Auction Bid Deadline. 

INVENTORY REMOVAL:  On April 28th, Auctioneer will contact all purchasers of inventroy to schedule removal.  ALL REMOVAL BY APPROVED CONTRACTOR /COMPANY ONLY. PICK UPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Due to the size and weight of items sold, Atlanta Marble Company’s staff will operate crane and forklift to place purchased items directly on purchaser’s commercial vehicle.  Removal of inventory must take place no later than Wednesday, May 11th.

EQUIPMENT REMOVAL:  On April 28th, Auctioneer will contact all purchasers of equipment to schedule removal.  Removal and rigging to be at purchaser’s expense, risk and liability.  A certificate of insurance for $1,000,000 naming Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC and Atlanta Marble Company as additional insured entities must be presented to Auctioneer before removal can begin, whether being performed by purchaser or a licensed riggin company.  For small hand held peices of equipment, insurance requirements will not apply.  Equipment removal must take place no later than May 27th.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a thirteen (13%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid. 

INDEMNIFICATION:  Purchaser hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bullseye Auction & Appraisal, LLC, Seller its directors, officers, employees and other agents and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, judgments, claims, settlements, losses, damages, penalties, obligations and expenses, including attorney`s fees and expenses and other professional fees and expenses, incurred or suffered by such person arising from, by reason of, or in connection with any loss, damage or injury to person or property arising from, by reason of or in connection with the Goods sold hereunder. This indemnification shall survive delivery of the Goods to Purchaser and any subsequent sale or other transfer of the Goods to a third party.

BUYER’S NOTE:  All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.  Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same.  Items may be added or deleted without notice.  All items subject to prior sale.  Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion.  All sales are final.
