ASSET DESCRIPTION: We are selling a variety of surplus assets. In addition, we are selling some itmes from a past bankruptcy liquidation. Until the catalog is posted, please click photo gallery for a sample of items to be sold.
ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online registration and bidding is available now!
INSPECTION: Assets are located at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 and can be inspected on April 12th from 10 am – 1 pm. This will be the ONLY inspection period. It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will incur a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment can be made at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 on Wednesday, April 14th from 9 am – 4 pm. For wire transfer payments, please contact Auctioneer upon receiving emailed invoice. Payment must be received within 24 hours of Auction Bid Deadline.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can take place April 14th 9 am – 4 pm. Purchasers are responsible for the removal of their items. Please being adequate labor, materials and any other items necessary to remove responsibly.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
BUYER’S NOTE: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer’s discretion. All sales are final.
