ASSET DESCRIPTION: Bulk offering of all remaining items from Triple T One Time, LLC (operating as Anytime Fitness) located in a storage facility in Acworth, GA. Actual location of items will be shared two days prior to the inspection date. Most of the equipment was purchased new in 2016 and was used and maintained until a few months ago when the fitness center closed. There are a total of (4) storage units containing equipment. All units will be sold as one lot

INSPECTION: Inspection will be Thursday, September 5, 2019 from 9 AM – 11 AM

TERMS: All items must be paid, in full, with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee, major credit card or wire transfer. Major credit cards will include a 3% convenience fee and bank wires will incur a $25 fee added at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email the winning bidder an invoice. Payment must be received no later than 12 PM on September 6, 2019.
PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
REMOVAL: Removal may begin immediately following the auction upon our receipt of payment in full. Full payment must be received no later than 12 PM, Friday, September 6, 2019.
Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. No boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading provided by Bullseye Auction & Appraisal.
All items MUST BE REMOVED from premises by Saturday, September 7, 2019 or arrangements must be made with landlord to extend the lease at your expense. Please plan accordingly.
There is NO POWER OR WATER on site. Please be prepared with whatever battery operated tools you may need.
ADDITIONAL TIME – These dates and times are your only option. Please do not bid if you cannot meet these requirements.
LEGAL CONTRACT – Your participation in our auction is your acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here.
