ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling the entire remaining contents of the former Southern Tots Online Children’s Clothing Retailer. Items include (14) Happy Model HCH-701-30 embroidery machines, (2) Happy Model HCS2-1201-30 embroidery machines, warehouse equipment, warehouse shelving, furniture, fixtures and more. INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at 766 Industrial Park Drive, Suite 102, Evans, GA. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Wednesday, May 17th from 10 AM – 1 PM. REMAINING APPAREL: All of the remaining apparel and accesories were purchased by a single buyer. Over the next several days they are building a website and platform for selling the individual items to the public. Once we have any additional information we will post it here. In the meantime, they have setup a Facebook page which can be found by clicking HERE. The actual URL is https://www.facebook.com/southernwholesaleliquidators/
CATALOG: Please download a copy of the auction catalog, found at the “DOCUMENTS” tab, prior to coming to the inspection. This will help determine lots and assist you while onsite.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, business check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Bank wire will incur a $25 additional fee. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 766 Industrial Park Drive, Suite 102, Evans, GA from 9 AM – 4 PM on Friday, May 19th. Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on May 19th.
REMOVAL: Removal can begin on Thursday, May 18th once the auction has concluded. If you are the winning bidder of a particular lot(s) prior to the conclusion of the auction and would like to pick your item(s) up sooner, please contact auctioneer for possible accomodations. All items must be removed no later than 4 PM on Friday, May 19th. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Successful bidders are required to provide necessary labor and equipment to ensure a safe and timely removal of all purchased items.
SHIPPING: If you are interested in having your item(s) packed and shipped you may contact a contractor of your choice or call Craters & Freighters (info below) to handle your needs. Please note, regardless if you pick the items up or are having them shipped, all items MUST be removed by 4 PM on Friday, May 19, 2017.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: All items at this auction will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.
