ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on August 18th.
INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Assets are located at 1395 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, GA 30260. Prospective bidders will be able to inspect the assets on Monday, August 27th from 10 AM – 1 PM. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment will be accepted at 1395 Southlake Parkway, Morrow, GA 30260 from 9 AM – 4 PM on August 29th. Payment must be received no later than 4 PM on August 29th. Removal will not be available until August 29th at 9 AM.
REMOVAL: Once payment has been received, removal can begin on August 29th from 9 AM – 4 PM. All items (except trampoline sets and rock climbing wall) must be removed no later than Wednesday, August 29th at 4 PM. Trampoline sets and rock climbing wall must be removed by 2 PM on Friday, August 31st. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please do not assume there will be pallet jacks, hand trucks, fork lifts or assistance with loading. Much of the inventory is stored in pallet racking that may require a ladder to access. All successful high bidders must be prepared to provide adequate labor and equipment to remove purchased items in a timely manner.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is no Buyer’s Premium for this auction.
