ASSET DESCRIPTION: Assets to be sold include 2003 International 7000, 2003 Mack CV700, 2003 Mack, 2001 Mack CX600, 2009 Dodge Welding Truck & 48 Roll Off Containers of various sizes. INSPECTION: The assets are located at 8424 Hansen Road, Houston, TX and can be inspected on Tuesday, June 19th from 10am-1pm. Please do not attempt to inspect the assets outside of the posted time. If you are not able to attend the inspection, please contact Tim Worstell at 832-804-9455.

TERMS: Assets must be paid in full within 48 hours following the auction with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Upon the conclusion of the auction, Auctioneer will contact each high bidder to coordinate payment and removal by June 27th. Purchaser to be accessed a $25.00 service fee per wire transfer.
REMOVAL: Assets must be removed by June 27th. Assets may not be removed until paid in full.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is NO Buyer’s Premium for this auction.
