ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling assets of Imagine Air Jet Services, LLC.  Please click "Photos" to view assets being sold.  A summary for each aircraft is posted under the "Documents" tab.  

IMPORTANT AUCTION NOTE - 1/18/19:   Due to the most recent court proceedings, the following updates have been made to the auction:

1.  Lots 4 - 59 have been removed from the auction and retained by a secured creditor.
2.  Lot 60 is located at 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA and can be inspected by appointment.
3.  Lots 61 & 62 are located at Signature Engines in Ohio and will not be available for inspection. A spec sheet for each engine can be found under the "Documents" tab.  Lots 61 & 62 will be sold with a minimum starting bid.  Please email John Buckles with Signature Engines at johnb@signatureenginesinc.com with any questions about the engines.
4.  The sale of Lot 1 is being postponed until pending legal issues can be remedied.  Please register for this auction in order to receive an email alert for rescheduled bid deadline.

ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on January 21st at 12 noon.

INSPECTION: It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog.

Lot 1 (Postponed Until Further Notice) - 2007 - Cirrus Model SR22 / N106TQ / Serial #2633 
Lot 2 - 2005 - Cirrus Model SR22 / N1776M / Serial #1394 
Aircraft is currently stored at Gwinnett County / Briscoe Field, 500 Briscoe Boulevard, Lawrenceville, GA  30046.  Aircraft will be available for inspection on Tuesday, January 22nd from 11 AM - 1 PM.  Prospective bidders MUST contact Auctioneer prior to inspection periods to confirm attendance.
Lot 3 - 2006 - Cirrus Model SR22 / N101TQ / Serial #1985 
Aircraft is currently stored at McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport, Golden Isles Aviation, 115 Terminal Way, St. Simons Island, GA  31522.  Aircraft will be available for inspection on Monday, January 21st from 9 AM - 11 AM. Prospective bidders MUST contact Auctioneer prior to inspection periods to confirm attendance.

TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout. Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice.  Payment must be received no later than 3 PM on January 31st.  Auctioneer will contact all winning bidders to coordinate payment and removal.  Auctioneer will be responsible for any storage fee until January 31st.  For monthly storage fee information per location, please contact Auctioneer.

REMOVAL: Once full payment has been received, removal can begin.  Auctioneer will contact each winning bidder to coordinate removal in a timely manner.  

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is NO 10% Buyer’s Premium for this auction.

Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice.
