AUCTION BID DEADLINE: December 13th @ 11 AM EST
INSPECTION: Wednesday, December 12th from 10 AM - 1 PM.
INSPECTION SITE: 500 Pike Park Drive, Suite F, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
AUCTION REGISTRATION: Online bidding and registration to begin on December 3rd.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full with cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer within 24 hours following the auction. Major credit cards are accepted but will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
REMOVAL: Friday, December 14th from 9 AM - 3 PM. To accommodate out of town bidders, additional time can be requested by contacting auctioneer.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is NO buyer's premium for this auction.
