Tract 2:  Sevier County / Kodak Road / County Number: 078 / Map 011 / Parcel 002.00 / 34.5+/- Acres (the “island” part of the golf course)

Tract 3:  Sevier County / McCleary Bend Road / County Number: 078 / Map 011 / Parcel 050.00 / 66+/- Acres

OFFERING 3 (Lot 4): Offering 3 will be the sum of Offerings 1 & 2.  A 5% bidder raise will be added to the sum to arrive at the next required bid for the opportunity to place a bid on the entire property.  Once Offerings 1 & 2 have closed, Auctioneer will calculate the next required bid and place that amount on the online bidding format.  Each Offering will close in 10 minute intervals. 

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Since purchasing in 2010, the current owners have continued to operate the property as River Islands Golf Club.  In order to expedite a sale, they have decided to offer the property at public auction.  Their interest is to sell the property so necessary resources can be allocated to their exisiting commercial landscape and design business.  Therefore, all remaining golf course related landscaping equipment will not be offered in the auction and will be removed prior to closing.  However, all personal property within the clubhouse/pro shop will remain and be conveyed with Tract 1, at the time of closing.
