ASSET DESCRIPTION: Selling personal property contents within delinquent storage vaults. Exact amount of vaults being sold will not be known until just before the live auction begins.
AUCTION SITE: Georgia Pack & Load Moving and Storage, 4103 Tench Road, Suite 100, Suwanee, GA 30024.
AUCTION REGISTRATION: Registration will start at 9 AM on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024.
TERMS: Payment will be taken in the form of cash or credit card. Credit card payments will include a 3% convenience fee at checkout.
REMOVAL: Contents of vaults must be removed by 3 PM on the day of the auction, unless otherwise authorized.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There is NO Buyer’s Premium for this auction.
